Description | The contemporary academic environment presents students and graduates with numerous challenges – both educational and psychological – that go beyond the program requirements.
The stress of studying, growing competition in the job market, uncertainty about the future, pressure to perform, and the challenges of everyday life and society all contribute to mental resilience becoming one of the key competencies of the future and a key element of young people’s success and well-being.
During this panel discussion, we will address the importance of mental resilience as an essential element of high-quality education. Experts from various fields will jointly consider how universities can support the development of this competency among students and graduates.
This is an opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on current practice, and initiate a broader debate on the role of universities in developing the mental competencies essential for professional and personal life.
