Understanding the legal language as the language of regulations and decisions issued at the university in individual matters (including the basics of the Code of Administrative Procedure)
Description
Students (excluding law faculties) do not understand the legal language. It leads to misinterpretation of the regulations applicable to them. At universities, the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure directly apply to individual matters. Knowledge of its basic rules and regulations helps in securing and asserting student’s rights. The training will be led by an expert from the Academic Network of Security and Equality Agnieszka Zatyka-Szlachcic (lawyer, AGH Student Ombudsman).
