- ‘Physical proficiency under control – modern technologies and practical tips’ – the workshops will be devoted to a comprehensive approach to sports training. The latest technologies used in the assessment of physical fitness as well as in the training process will be presented. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about practical assessment methods and techniques, as well as conduct tests on their own using the tools discussed.
- Muscle Strength and Power Workshop
- Human Functional Research Laboratory
- ‘Adapted Physical Activity – activity in spite of disability’ – a practical workshop on teaching people with disabilities how to move in an active wheelchair, belay and basic self-care skills. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the active wheelchair technique and what barriers people with disabilities have to face. One of the most popular Paralympic sports – Wheelchair Basketball – will also be presented.
