Internationalization, teaching and quality of education from the perspective of the student government

Description During the lecture, listeners will learn about the differences between internationalization and internationalization and their impact on teaching and the quality of education. The genesis of internationalization in the European Higher Education Area will be presented, with particular emphasis on the importance of the Bologna, Sorbonne and Berlin Declarations. Participants will learn about the assumptions and priorities of the Bologna Process, as well as its consequences for higher education. The European Qualifications Framework will be presented, its role in the harmonization of education systems and its impact on the quality of education. Finally, opportunities for development and activities for internationalization will be discussed, including the role of organizations such as the European Students Union (ESU). Participants will learn about examples of initiatives and projects they can get involved in to support internationalization and improve the quality of education at their universities.
